The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for issuance of appropriate directions for expeditious continuation and conclusion of the Trial in case arising out of FIR No.158 dated 08.07.2019 under Sections 307, 326, 325, 324, 323, 336, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 109, 118(2), 117(2), 118(1), 115(2), 125, 121A, 122 of BNS, 2023) and Sections 27/54/59 of the Arms Act, Police Station Beas, District Amritsar (Annexure P-1). The present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial arising out of the aforementioned FIR (Annexure P-1) as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year.
