[1] These petitions under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 62, dated 2nd March, 2021 under Section 392 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station B Division, District Amritsar.

[2] Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time realizing that complainant is yet to be examined, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage.

[3] The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
