The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking anticipatory bail.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. 3.
Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of present petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner and the Registry shall not raise any objection on filing of second petition.
