MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in case FIR No.404 dated 03.08.2023, under Section 21(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 registered at Police Station, Sadar Nuh. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that out of 8 prosecution witnesses, 7 have already been examined.

Faced with above predicament, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, "at this stage". 4.

Disposed off accordingly.

Learned Special Court is requested to proceed with the matter expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6.
