DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 05.06.2014 (Annexure P-5), whereby additional charge of Head of Department has been given to respondent no.5 and also the order dated 29.08.2014 (Annexure P-6), whereby respondent no.5 has been allowed to work being Head of Department of TB & Chest.

Counsel for respondent no.5 submits that the petitioner as well as respondent no.5 have retired and nothing survives in the petition. In view of the submissions made by counsel for respondent no.5 and the relief sought in the present petition, nothing survives. Disposed of accordingly.
