(Oral) Short affidavit of the Secretary (Legal), Haryana Staff Selection Commission on behalf of the respondent-Commission has been filed wherein, it has been deposed that the petitioner has secured 98 marks out of 160 and the last of short listed candidates who have been called for interview have secured 102 marks and, therefore, the petitioner has not been called. Copy of the marks of the petitioner has also been produced, which is taken on record. The case of the petitioner solely was that he has secured the same number of marks which was as per the cut off of 102. In view of the above factual position, counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to press the present writ petition and the same is dismissed as not pressed.
