In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking relief of issuing directions to respondent No.3 to take final decision regarding sanctioning of the site plan, which has been duly submitted by him and necessary charges of Rs.6,980/- have already been deposited by him vide receipt dated 04.10.2017.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No. 3 to consider and finalize the said site plan of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
