(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing official respondents to ensure immediate and uninterrupted functioning of Gram Panchayat Phool Pyara, by ensuring proper assumption of charge and discharge of duties by the recently posted Panchayat Secretary.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedies, in accordance with law. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
