After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will avail appropriate remedy to challenge the order passed by the respondent-UOI by which, the transfer of the petitioner to Srinagar has not been changed so as to cause prejudice to the petitioner hence, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
