Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.34 dated 28.04.2024, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC & Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional (Regulations) Act, registered at Police Station Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar. 2.

Vide order dated 10.06.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 10.06.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section RAJEEV PUROHIT 2025.11.04 09:55 I agree to specified portions of this document
