The prayer made in the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 17 regarding the grievances raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 05.03.2020 (Annexure P-2). Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ramandeep Sandhu, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab has joined the session through video conferencing and accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that at this stage he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 for taking a decision on his representation dated 05.03.2020 PARKASH CHAND 2020.11.17 15:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.37722 of 2020 - 2 - (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioner has further relied upon the orders passed by this Court in CRM-M-27175-2020 dated 10.09.2020, CRM-M-30515-2020 dated 30.09.2020 and CRM-M-36983-2020 dated 10.11.2020 to contend that against the same company i.e. M/s Kim Infrastructure and Developers Limited the said petitions were filed wherein the said company was arrayed as a respondent. Learned counsel for the State has no objection if the present petition is disposed off in terms of the orders passed by this Court in CRMM-27175-2020, CRM-M-30515-2020 and CRM-M-36983-2020. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2, Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala, District Gurdaspur, to look into the grievance of the petitioner as contained in his representation dated 05.03.2020 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law.
