(ORAL) This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondent Nos. 4 to 6, who are stated to be married on 23.08.2022. The petitioners represented to the authorities on 23rd of August, 2022 (Annexure P-4), the present petition has been filed in tearing hurry without even allowing the official respondents to apply their mind with respect to the threat apprehended by the petitioners. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed being premature.
