* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner's grievance is that she has not been given credit in the sum of Rs.6,80,842/-.

It is not necessary to consider this issue in this writ petition. A notice dated 09.09.2015 has been issued by the respondents under Section 17(1) of the Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977 calling upon her to show cause as to why a penalty ought not to be imposed upon her on the ground that she has defaulted in the payment of the amount(s) due in respect of an allotment in her favour. The petitioner has sent a reply to the same on 14.10.2015. The petitioner's contention to the effect that she has made payment of the said amount and the credit in respect thereof had not been given has been and in any event can be raised in the proceedings pursuant to the show cause notice.
