The instant writ petition has been purportedly filed in public interest seeking quashing of appointment of respondent Nos.6 to 9 as Chief Parliamentary Secretaries in State of Haryana. It is claimed that the issue raised herein stands settled by a Division Bench of this Court in an earlier PIL filed by the petitioner reported as (Jagmohan Singh Bhatti vs Union of India and others) (2018-1) 189 PLR 29 (Annexure P-1). Relying upon the said decision, the petitioner has already approached the State Government about ten days back on 20.01.2018 by way of a representation (Annexure P2). [2] In this view of the matter and without expressing any views on merits, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Chief Secretary, Haryana, to put up petitioner's representation before the Meenu 2018.02.14 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
