Petitioner, a Constable working in Punjab Police and facing trial in a case under Sections 323,324,325,452 IPC, PS Tanda has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking quashing of the order dated 27.8.2018 (P-1) whereby he has been transferred from Hoshiarpur to Jalandhar.

At the time of hearing,counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
