Sandeep Rishi, Chief Administrator, Amritsar Development Authority, Amritsar, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4, has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. A copy thereof has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In Para No.3 of the short reply, it has been stated as under:- "3.

That the construction work has been stopped and construction done has been removed at site. It is further submitted that no construction shall be carried out there. Photograph of the site is attached as Annexure 'R-1'." 3.

In view of the stand taken in Para No.3 of the short reply, learned counsel for respondent No.4 states that the present writ petition has become infructuous and be disposed of as such. The aforesaid fact has also not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
