The present petition has been filed for initiating proceedings against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-16622-2025. 2.
On an advance notice having been issued, Mr. Ashish Grover, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent and has filed his memo of appearance in Court, which is taken on record. He submits that the aforesaid order has been complied with and in deference thereto, a speaking order dated 11.11.2025 has been passed. A copy of the said order has been produced in Court and also furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid, the cause of action does not survive in the present petition HARISH KUMAR 2026.07.03 16:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
