As per the reply the allegations levelled by the petitioner are found to be false.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to the custody of the child, the allegation is correct as even in the enquiry it has come on record that the child is in the custody of his grand parents. However, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail an alternate remedy in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
