The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No.0074 dated 29.4.2021 registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Khanna (Ludhiana) under Section 188 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned State counsel, upon whom an advance copy of petition had already been served, has, however, informed that the matter is still under investigation and challan has not been filed so far. 3.

In view of the aforestated position, this Court does not deem appropriate to quash the FIR at this stage as the investigation is still pending. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna is, however, directed to ensure that the PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.10.08 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
