The petitioner's grievance is against non-inclusion of their names in the Voter-List of Village Jaipur, Tehsil Safidon, District Jind for the purpose of Gram Panchayat elections scheduled to be held on 10.01.2016.

As no time is left either for this Court or for the authorities to call for the record and determine the petitioners' eligibility for inclusion in the Voter-List meant for the ensuing election, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to them to raise this plea in the Election Petition, if so advised. (3)
Needless to say that the Election Tribunal shall be obligated to decide such petition expeditiously. (4)
