(Oral) The present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner eligible for scrutiny of documents and interview for the post of PGT Hindi (Rest of Haryana) reserved for SC category. The petitioner is participating in the selection process for the post of PGT Hindi under the SC Category. The cut off marks of the last candidate, who has been called for the interview as per notice/list dated 19.08.2018 (Annexure P14) are 98. As per answer key uploaded on the website (Annexure P-12), the petitioner has also got 98 marks, but was not called for the interview. Learned State counsel has produced OMR sheet of the petitioner today in the Court in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. Learned State counsel has argued that the petitioner has smudged one answer in the OMR sheet and as per condition No. 7 of the OMR sheet, his candidature was rejected.

Further the condition No. 7 has been considered by this Court in LPA No. 92/2017 and the LPA stands dismissed on 22.01.2017. Against this Gaurav Arora 2019.01.16 11:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 22582-2018 order, the petitioners filed appeal before Hon'ble the Supreme Court, which also stands dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to cite any judgment contrary to the above.

In view of the above factual position, the present petition also stands dismissed.

The OMR sheet of the petitioner brought in the Court today in a sealed cover, has been given back to learned State counsel.
