Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire decretal amount alongwith interest within a period of one month from today i.e. on or before 22.08.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that he would have no objection provided the entire decretal amount is paid alongwith interest within a period of one month from today.

In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner shall deposit the entire decretal amount alongwith interest within a period of one month i.e. on or before 22.08.2025 and an undertaking to this effect be also furnished by the petitioner before the Executing Court within a period of seven days from today. Till then, the Executing Court would not proceed with the matter. However, in case the amount is not paid within a

CR-3533-2025 -2period of one month from today, the Executing Court would proceed further with the execution petition in accordance with law. 4.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
