RAJESH BINDAL, J The issue raised in the present petition is regarding demand of advance consumption deposit by the Utttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited from the petitioner in cash.

Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that the issue involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in CWP No.20638 of 2015 -Garg Inox Limited vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 2.8.2016. For the detailed reasons recorded in the aforesaid judgment, the present petition is dismissed.
