**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in his second attempt in case bearing FIR No.16 dated 04.02.2019 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur.
Earlier CRM-M No.34097 of 2019 was got dismissed as withdrawn on 22.01.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last more than 2 years, 7 months and only 4 prosecution witnesses have been examined out of PRINCE SAINI 2021.09.06 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

As per prosecution story, the petitioner was apprehended with the contraband i.e. 19,000/- intoxicant tablets, which according to the FSL report is found to be commercial in nature.
No ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Dismissed. However, trial Court shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial within reasonable time.
