**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to approve the timings for the operation of bus of the petitioner for half trip between Noorpur to Ropar a part of Una to Garshankar via Ajoli Mour, Sangtokhgarh, Kalma Mour, Noorpur Bedi, Abiana, Ropar route while going to Garshankar from Una via Ropar. Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to joint time table Annexure P-8 submits that the petitioner has been wrongly excluded without passing any specific order to this effect.

Precisely for the grievance in question, a legal notice dated 22.07.2022 addressed to Secretary, Regional Transport ANITA DEVI 2022.08.29 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 19042 of 2022 -2Authority, Patiala is pending consideration and the same has not been decided so far.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case its legal notice is directed to be decided by the competent authority i.e. respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to take note of legal notice dated 22.07.2022 got issued by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
