In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to file the status report concerning action upon the representation dated 07.06.2017 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, proper prayer has not been incorporated and relevant documents have also not been appended with this writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing the better particulars.
