Present writ petition is for quashing of remarks about doubtful integrity entered in the Annual Confidential Report of the petitioner for the year 2015-2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the entry regarding doubtful integrity in the Annual Confidential Report of the petitioner is misfounded and without giving any opportunity of hearing to him and for that purpose, he has made detailed representations dated 22.01.2018 (Annexure P12) and dated 21.06.2018 (Annexure P13), which were duly forwarded vide letter dated dated 25.06.2018 (Annexure P14) to respondent No.8, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
