(ORAL) By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgments and decrees dated 18.03.2019 and 22.05.2019 passed by the Courts below whereby, suit for declaration filed at the instance of respondent No.1-plaintiff seeking change of date of birth besides, praying for relief of mandatory injunction was decreed by the Courts below.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1-plaintiff on instructions submits that respondent No.1-plaintiff wishes to withdraw the suit. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous.
