Prayer made in the present petition is for grant of interim bail to the petitioner for a period of 3 months in FIR No.0021 dated 31.01.2026, registered under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 316(2) BNS; 3 of Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 and 21, 22 of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019, at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is expecting and the date due for delivery is 12.07.2025 and prays for grant of interim bail, a fact which learned State counsel has verified and produced the report by the Medical Officer, Central Jail-2, Hisar.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim regular bail till 30.08.2026 from MOHIT 2026.05.27 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
