Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sahinta, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 116 dated 06.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 376, 354, 506 and 323 IPC at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 26.07.2024 which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 01 month and 05 days.
