Petitioner has filed instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of FIR No.425 dated 11.07.2018 under Sections 377,406,498-A,506,323 of IPC (added later on in the challan/Final report), registered at Police Station Palam Vihar, District Gurugram (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel representing the petitioner states that present petition seeking quashing of FIR has rendered infructuous since the instant FIR is already quashed on the basis of compromise vide order dated 12.09.2024 passed in CRM-M-32455-2024. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the same.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn having rendered infructuous.
