RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner.

Learned senior counsel has vehemently argued that the petitioner is being harassed in a very motivated manner. He submits that repeatedly false and frivolous complaints are filed against him and already two FIRs are registered. He submits that he duly cooperated with the Investigating agency, however, this is the third time he is being called only in order to humiliate.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.J.S.Toor, Additional P.P., Chandigarh, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that fresh complaints are received against the petitioner and only in order to take a conscious decision on the same, the notice has already been issued to the petitioner. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Agency on 18.11.2021 at 10.00 a.m., Police Station Sector-11, Chandigarh, to enable it to take conscious decision on the complaints received against the petitioner.
