The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking setting aside of the order dated 04.07.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No. 1 and also notice dated 09.11.2016 (Annexure P-7).

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as the instant petition has been filed at the behest of tenant, on the basis of the lease deed executed for a period of 9 years which was an un-registered document, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
