The said Society was allotted land by the Department of Town & Country Planning as per terms and conditions set in out agreement dated 28.2.1985 (P-1 colly.). One of the conditions was setting up of a Health Center. The Managing Committee of respondent no.3-Society held an auction on 13.5.2009 for allotting the land to respondent no.2Society. Grievance of the petitioner generally revolves around this alleged auction and allotment of land to respondent no.2-Society and subsequent developments thereafter.

The matter involved herein is identical to the one raised in CWP No.2991/2015 which has already been disposed of vide order of even date passed in the said writ petition.
