[2] This is a petition for grant of regular bail in F.I.R. No. 388, dated 20th September, 2020, under Sections 307/ 325 /224 / 427 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa. [3] Ms. Monika Jalota, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab has sent, through electronic medium, custody certificate of the petitioner, print out of the same is taken on record.

[4] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive prayer at a later stage.
