Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari challenging the order dated 10.9.2015 (Annexure P-11). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner had moved representation Annexure P-12 to respondent No. 3 but no action has been taken on the same so far.
Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to dispose of the representation Annexure P-12, moved by the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
