By way of this second petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in the case bearing FIR No.01 dated 01.01.2026 under Sections 20 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar.

CRM-M-31344-2026 (O&M) -2time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, the same was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 22.04.2026 passed by this Court. 3.

This is second attempt seeking the same relief on the grounds taken in the earlier petition. Since there is no change in the circumstances, the present petition is not maintainable. Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed. 4.
