Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.174 dated 28.08.2023, under Section 342, 365, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mukhtiar Singh, has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 13.05.2025 passed by this Court, both the petitioners have joined the investigation and their further custodial interrogation is not required. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025, is hereby made absolute.
