**** NAMIT KUMAR, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.231, dated 28.12.2015 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 307, 382, 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC 1860, registered at Police Station Division No.6, Industrial Area, District Ludhiana. Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co accused has been granted bail by the Court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana seeking regular bail. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
