Present petition has been filed for the grant of concession of parole to the petitioner under the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022 but the said claim is not being decided by the respondents, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 2.

Ms. Anu Pal, learned Addl. Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case any application for the grant of parole has been filed by the petitioner and the same is pending for consideration before the authorities concerned, appropriate order on the said application would be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
