 ** , & Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to initiate legal action against the violators who are running commercial activities/shopping complex in the residential area under the name and style of "Women Collection" and creating public nuisance in the locality; further for directing the respondents to stop the commercial activities with immediate effect and for initiating criminal proceedings against delinquent government officials who have acted hands in glove with wrong doers.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioners wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
