ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner inter alia seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 2 to 5 to decide their pending representations contained at Annexures P-2 to P-5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.7 trespassed into the petitioner's land and has forcibly taken possession of the same. He submits that the petitioner filed a detailed complaint to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar, but to no avail. Thereafter, petitioner filed civil suit, in which status quo was granted. He further submits that respondent No.7 is guilty of having committed offences under Section 447, 448 etc. IPC, but yet no FIR has not been registered by the local police due to the influence exercised by him. Various representations to respondents No. 2 to 6 have not been adverted till date. Hence, this petition. 3.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with an expectation that competent authority of respondents would look into the representations of the petitioner and if warranted, proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
