Perusal of order dated 31.07.2023 shows that the petitioner was ordered to surrender before the trial Court within seven days and upon his doing so, he shall be admitted to bail to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. It appears that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and his grievance has been redressed. Hence, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order.
