It is not in dispute that one of the ground to challenge the election, namely, unauthorized possession on the land reserved for common purposes, has already been taken in an election petition filed by one Dilawar Singh before the Election Tribunal. Let the said election petition be decided expeditiously and in accordance with law.

As regard to the second ground taken in the writ petition, namely, registration of a criminal case against the MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.02.23 15:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
