Since the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him, submits, that the subject lands are included in a fresh notification of acquisition therebys, the relief ventilated in the instant writ petition, that a mandamus be issued to the respondent concerned, to issue a notification for acquisition of the subject lands, and, also for compensation becoming determined in respect thereof, does become rendered infructuous, and, thereby the learned counsel for the petitioners prays, and, is permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

The said submission is also supported by the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent-NHAI.
