At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of filing a complaint before the Illaqa Magistrate.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
