Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 & 2 to remove the illegal construction by respondent No.3 on the land of the road, which is municipal land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has separately got issued legal notice dated 15.06.2018 (Annexure P4), but the same has not been decided nor any action has been taken for removal of illegal encroachment.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2 to look into legal notice dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P12) and take required action thereon, if any, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
