**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that she was working as English Extension Lecturer from 03.08.2012 and subsequently she had been teaching as Punjabi Lecturer as she had Master degree in both subjects. Now the respondents are going to terminated the service of the petitioner on the ground that there is no workload. Learned counsel submits that one permanent Lecturer Kashmir Singh has already been sent on deputation and the respondents are trying to adjust 172 displaced extension lecturers. Learned counsel has referred to letter dated 13.07.2018 whereby the department has given the direction for employment of extension lecturer, which shows that the workload is available in the department.
