(ORAL) The prayer in the present writ petition is for issuing direction to the respondents to issue the correct birth certificate of petitioner namely Ashwani Saini as in the birth certificate issued by the Registrar Births & Death-cum-Civil Surgeon (Health), Jind-respondent No.3, the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Sant Raj instead of Ashwani Saini, in essence, in the column of his name, his father's name has been mentioned. The grievance of the petitioner is that he moved a representation dated 26.08.2016 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.3 for correcting the name of the petitioner in the birth certificate but the same yielded no result. The petitioner is facing great hardship as the birth certificate is urgently required for admission in the school and he will be satisfied if the representation submitted by him to the respondent No.3 is decided in a stipulated time.

The Registrar, Births & Deaths-cum-Civil Surgeon (Health), Jind is directed to consider the representation dated 26.08.2016 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon in PANKAJ KUMAR 2017.01.16 12:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
