Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to make payment of provident fund of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for redressal of their grievance, petitioners moved an application before the respondents and thereafter subsequent reminder dated 21.11.2017 (Annexure P1) on the basis thereof, vide letter dated 27.02.2018 (Annexure P3), respondent No.6 has responded that some enquiry is being conducted, though deposit of amount has not been disputed.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondents no. 5 & 6 to look into the matter expeditiously and conclude the enquiry preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
